PRODUCTIONS AND SPECIAL EVENTS
The Brock Agency provides a creative link between special event creation and the
integration of music and entertainment into that event. Our client creates a themed evening of beautiful decorations, room
setting, audio visual presentation, fine dining, live auction, major concert presentation and late night dancing. All are
carefully integrated and orchestrated into a fabulous party. Our role is to provide entertainment artist selection assistance,
contract negotiations, final production coordination and interface with audio-visual presentation.

Include:
ARTIST SELECTION
The Brock Agency will provide research for the selection of performers including
local, regional and national attractions. As selections are made, the Agency will be responsible for negotiating fees and
rider requirements.
COORDINATION OF ARRIVAL, LOAD-IN AND LOAD-OUT LOGISTICS
All band leaders and/or
road managers are contacted in advance of performance date by the Brock Agency to review details of arrival including arrival
time, best travel route, entrance gate location, contact on arrival and parking. The Agency can arrange for or work with existing
security.
ARRANGE TRANSPORTATION:
Our Agency works closely with tour managers for touring acts to ensure
that air travel is arranged and timely. We coordinate with event organizers for all ground transportation for air travelers
and their equipment to and from airport, event site and hotels.
PROVIDE PERSONNEL TO MEET PERFORMERS AND ESCORT
TO PROPER LOCATIONS:
The Agency will provide stage management at all times from the first load in to the last load
out. Stage Managers' duties include managing any special parking needs for tour busses, or RV's, helping stage hands to unload
equipment and managing backstage area, coordinating band interface with technical stage managers, helping to set equipment
on stage, maintaining backstage area for safety and security, removing equipment from stage and helping to load out, ensuring
band vehicles leave site safely. A stage manager's first priority is managing load in, load out time and assuring the performance
schedule is maintained.
